Terms of Use

A free game, as it is

Tijara is free. We provide it as it is, without guarantees: games may be interrupted, the server may be down, and bugs happen. We are not liable for lost games, lost Barakah or anything else that comes from using it, as far as the law allows.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to you creating an account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Edit profile.

Play fair

• No offensive usernames (insults, hate, sexual content, impersonation). We may rename or ban accounts that have one.
• Be respectful in chat.
• No cheating: no bots, no multiple accounts at one table, and no exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, tell us instead.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Barakah and skins

Barakah points and skins have no real-money value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they belong to the game, not to you as property. They may change, and they are removed when your account is deleted.

Changes

We can change the game and these terms. When the terms change in a way that matters, we update them here and change the date at the top. Playing after that means you accept the new version.
